Dear Mr John
I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction about the product which I ordered on your official wesite on 21 of July and have some problems, also some dissantangelemts that I encountered with your staff.
The first thing I would like to draw your attention to is the wrong information that is given on your site about phone charger. As there is written the charger is universal and can be used with any type of mobile phone. After receiving the phone I found out that this is only for S7 samsung gadget. Secondly, while checking the performance of charger with the phone belong to my friend, some technical problems were explored. As we can see the product did not charge the phone! Can you imagine how I felt when I know I bought unavialable product!
To make matters worse, I went to your service centre on 22 of July to get my money back aproximately at 13:20 and I was come across by your manager David who has not poor communicating parctise with customers. I was suggested to buy more expensive product instead of the charger and claimed that there is no possibility of refunding. I believe that everything happened to me was unacceptable and I therefore suggest that I be given a full refund and your impolite manager will be punished. Otherwise, I will have to take further action and appeal to the department of customs rights of civil court of Ishtikhan district.
I look forward to recieving full refund and hering from you soon
Yours faithfully
Alisher Bobonazarov
