The table below gives information on consumer spending on different items in five different countries in 2002.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The table provides promotion of different category of things that five respective countries have expended money for them.
As table illustrates, Turkey has the first place in spending money for food/drinks/tobacco and leisure/ education. However, Italy grasp the first place in clothing and footwear. Furthermore, except Sweden, there are marginal differences in promotion of expenditure for clothing and footwear among Turkey, Spain and Ireland. By considering second column of table it is obvious that after Turkey, four countries; Ireland, Spain, Italy and Sweden have second to fifth place respectively. The last column shows that first to fifth place were related to Turkey, Sweden, Italy, Ireland and Spain respectively in leisure and education.
The last thing is about data in rows of table. It is obvious that food, drink and tobacco had priority for all five countries in spending money for them and after then clothing/footwear and leisure/education had the second and third places respectively among countries.
