The graph below shows the percentage of people in different age groups in one city who attended music concerts between 2010 and 2015.

The line graph compares five distinct groups of age in terms of the proportion of citizens in one city who went to music performance from 2010 to 2015.

It can be seen from the chart that the number of inhabitants engaged in music concerts fluctuated over the period given. People who are more than 75 years old tended to participate in this kind of concert less than any other group of age.

In 2010, there was more than 50 percent of people who is from 45 to 54-year-old joined music concerts, while this number of teenage (16 to 24-year-old) and labor force age (25 to 44-year-old) stood at 40 percent. By contrast, there were nearly a tenth of people attended a performance, which was the lowest point compared to four other groups of younger age. At the same time, people aged 55 – 64 situated at a quarter of the city population joined the concert.

Students who are in go-to-school age saw an upward trend over the period shown and hit its peak at 70 percent in 2015. There was a steady fall in the percentage of people between 25 and 44-year-olds from 2010 to 2012 and then go up gradually until 2015, it increased to nearly 50 percent. People aged 45 to 54 saw a small change. Whereas city citizens who lived more than 75 years were seen to attend a music concert only a fifth in 2015.
