Dear Sam,
I hope this letter finds you in the best of health and spirit. There is a good news to be shared with you, that, finally I had purchased my own house.
Actually, you know my owner was not cooperative at all and every other day he make's noise on unnecessary things. Even, dad is getting retired next month and they also wish to stay along with me at Delhi. Thus, I decided to have a permanent home here, were all my family can unite again.
You will also love to see the house, how beautifully it is designed. There is an ample car parking space, along with a small kitchen garden, were we can grow vegetables on our own. Moreover, a lifetime access to leisure center is provided which has swimming pool, golf club, gym, etc.
Next week on 20th Feb, which is Sunday there is a small party followed by a dinner. Being my best friend I want you to be a part of this celebration. Apart from it, childhood friends from my village were also joining and meeting with you, my Canadian dude, is really surprising for them.
Always happy to hear from you.
Yours faithfully,
Roman Cook.
