Essay topics:

Explain why you have moved
Describe the new house
Invite your friend to come and visit.

Dear Jack,
I hope this letter find you in a radiant of health and the best of spirit. I am writing this letter to let you know that we have been moved recently to a new house.
Actually, we had some problems in our last apartment where was too cramped for us especial specially since my son was born. Besides, in recent months several problems had come up such as leakage of water piping and some cracks on the walls so that a fundamental renovation was crucial for it. By considering my situation surrounding two kids and our grueling schedules we made a decision to move a new house with more space.
Our new house has three bedrooms and two separate living rooms. We have been allocating one of them for playing of children and the other for our relaxation time. The last but not least, it has a magnificent balcony with overlooking to jungle and also a huge barbeque. We usually dine there and enjoy from its breathtaking view.
If you remember my daughter birthday is the last day of April. We want to celebrate it in next weekend and I expect you be here for that day. You are more than welcome to come along with your family. It has been ages since I last saw you. I am assured that we will have an amazing and memorable time trough that day. I am forwarding to hearing from you as soon as possible.
Best Regards,
Sahar
