Essay topics:

People usually mix their private and professional life. What are the pros and cons?

Recently, the phenomenon of many people is unable to separate their work and personal life and its corresponding impact have sparked a heated debate. Although contested by many that the matter of focus on one aspect of life is highly beneficial, such issue is regarded thoroughly both constructive and positive by a substantial number of individuals. Some opponents are inclined to believe feeling satisfied due to maximizing use of time can be a plus.
Within the realm of professional thinking, detaching career and family can provide the society with some noticeable effects which are rooted in the fact that demerits of family obstructions, as well as various interruptions at work, are inextricably bound up. As a tangible example, some scientific research undertaken by a prestigious university has asserted that the downside of accuracy in staff is correlated negatively with non-working calls. Moreover, beneficial ramifications of having family-pleasant times without work stresses apparently can be seen.
However, from an economic standpoint, combining private and professional spheres might increase the consequences of maximizing the benefits of overtime. In other words, the fundamental aspects of earning more money and doing responsibilities perfectly could relate to this reality that the demerits of flawed tasks pertain to time scarcity. According to my own experience, when I worked in a company, at night, I did some of my tasks at home while I hang out with my family. Hence, it is correct to presume the preconceived notion of balancing between family and being a responsible employee.
To conclude, while there are several compelling arguments on both sides, some profoundly believe the benefits of mingling the job and family life far outweigh its drawbacks. But others suppose not only do the disadvantages of merged domains prove the significance of concentration, but also pinpoint relaxed mind implications.
