Consumption of energy in the USA since 1980 with projections until 2030
The line graph illustrates the users of energy in American from 1980 and forecasting until 2030. Overall, the consumers using all fuel in this country have increased from the during of past and the period of future. While the consumption using natural gas and hydropower is expected the remain, others using the energy are forecasted to increase in the future.
The users of petrol and oil started highest with 35 quadrillion units in 1980 then it fluctuated during two decades in the next before increasing to around 45 quadrillion units in 2020. Consumers using both coal and natural gas went to the same in 2020 about 25 quadrillion units, but the users of natural gas higher than the consumers using coal in 1980. The users of the difference of resources the rest began the same with approximately 4 quadrillion units. Whereas consumers using both nuclear and solar or wind rose slowly to just over 5 quadrillion units in 2020, the consumers of hydropower remained in this period.
In the future, the consumers using energy both petrol and coal are predicted dramatic increase in the next a decade to nearly 50 quadrillion units for petrol with highest in 2030 and around quadrillion units for petrol for coal in 2030. In addition, the users both nuclear and solar wind are forecasted slight growth until 2030 with under 10 quadrillion units. By contrast, the consumers using both natural gas and hydropower are forecasted no change in the next decade.
