Negative effect of technology in our life
Technology has negatively affected our life which includes the dependence on electronic devices, musculoskeletal problems and employment opportunities. To begin with, people nowadays are more reliant on the mass media. A good illustration for this is the recent innovation of Facebook which provides an alternative for reading news and sending messages free of charge. Although this innovation helps communication easier, it is nowhere compared to the face-to-face meetings and it is a lack of feeling of closeness. More seriously, using mobile devices and computers is bad for humans’ posture. Using smartphones or laptops in a long time can lead to back and neck diseases, lower self-esteem and mood and decline assertiveness and productivity. The last consequence of technology is that it will replace humans with machines at various workplaces. For instance, the existence of dishwashers, washing machines and vacuum cleaners acts as a substitute for house maids causing difficulty in finding a job. Because of this, individuals have to depend on the government for their basic needs such as food, accomodation, and so on and thus the economy of the coultry. In a nutshell, technology has bad impact on our life in terms of communication, health and employment chances.
