Dear Jay,
I am writing this letter to thank you for inviting me to spend holiday period on your home. Unfortunately, I have busy schedule work now so I will not able to make it.
Let me explain my situation in more detail. I recently has got a new job on a media company. Now I am charged of leading new project of my company so I am very busy. I have to plan ideas, operate events and activities to promote our new products. I do not mean complain but I really love my job because I always want to work on young and dynamic environment.
Could you let me know when you have free time? Because I would love to come to your new home and stay with your family. I always want to travel oversea once time so I think It will be a wonderful experience. Anyway, I will be free on next year because I have done my project. I would certainly visit you on next summer.
