Dear Sir/Madam
I am a local resident of sector 17, Gurgaon, and writing this letter regarding the decision taken by our local government to sell the nearest park to the construction company.
We are living in a bustling area and there is the biggest park near our society. This park has massive greenery and a plethora of exercise equipment to workout. Many teenagers and adults come in the morning and evening to do exercise. Moreover, this park has a playground for children to play cricket and other sports. Also, it has a running and cycling track along with a yoga center for senior citizens. Most of the retired people enjoy here in their free time. Overall, it is a safe place to play and exercise.
Last week, our local council gave us a notice regarding selling this peaceful area to a builder for house development. Our society is not happy with this decision and we want to print this news in your paper and we will lounge a file against the local authority, We want to keep this park as it is the safe area for our residents.
Looking forward to getting a positive response from you.
Yours obediently
