Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing concerning the complications I have been facing in your sports club that I just joined two weeks ago. The main purpose of joining the club is to gain guidance from a professional instructor for competing on the international level as a bodybuilder.
I am having concerns about the service provided by your staff members. Even though a trainer has been assigned to me, he already has enough number of people to train. Whereas, it is necessary to get proper attention to physical workout and a dietary requirement from an instructor to be a competitive bodybuilder. Besides, he often comes late which also affects my schedule as I have adjusted club timings according to my work.
I would suggest if you could reduce the number of students in one section so that I would be able to get enough guidance from him. Also, I appreciate it if you could advise him to be punctual to allow us to utilize the assigned time sufficiently.
I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.
Yours faithfully
Bal
