Dear Mr. Iyer,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I was in your hotel day before yesterday to attend a conference and in hurry left a folder which contained my important documents.
As far as I remember, this may has happened in the session immediately after lunch when we all were asked to assemble in the conference hall on level 2. I had to make a presentation and as a result I used the podium which was placed to the right side of the projection screen. I kept a few things there including the folder. Although I was aware to collect my things back, I forgot to pick this which probably lied in the second shelf of dais.
This dossier contains the expansion plan of my current business and last three years balance sheets. I am in Chandigarh for a meeting with foreign investors and these documents are extremely important for discussion. I would request you to send the same through a courier or otherwise as fortunately my meeting is to be held at your property only in Sector 17 day after tomorrow, so if any staff member is travelling to my current location, then he can bring the same and hand over to me.
I shall be highly obliged if you can take an early action and do the needful.
Yours Sincerely,
Navpreet Kaur
