The graph illustrates the step-by-step stages how bricks are made for the construction business.
Overall, it is seen that there are seven phases during the process, which begins with the digging up of clay and finishing with the delivery.
First, the clay is removed from the ground by the digger. Then, it is put on the metal grid in order to be destroyed. After that, it is obtained small pieces of clay which falls on the roller. Subsequently, the sand and water are mixed with the clay, and that mixture is placed into a mould or a wire cutter in order to get the bricks. Continuing with the process, the bricks are moved into a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours. After that, the bricks receive moderate and high temperature before they are placed in a chamber to receive the cool temperature for two or three days. Finally, the bricks are packed and they are ready to be delivered to their customers.
