Dear Ms. Pavri,
I am writing to you in connection with my discontinuation of the Diploma course at Davars with effect from tomorrow. I am an evening batch student since 5th May 2020 and my course ends in the last week of September. Unfortunately, due to urgent deliverables at work, I look forward to discontinuing the course at present.
Recently, I have been handed over a lot of work as my colleague has had a sudden death in her family. She has traveled to her native place for the last rituals and is uncertain as to when she will be resuming back to work.
Though my class is after my work hours, I do not think I will be able to manage to attend as I may have to work overtime. Besides, I am unsure when I will be able to leave the office on time.
Therefore, I request you to kindly accept my application for discontinuation. Further, it would be great if you could provide an extension date so that I may continue my course on a future preferable date as I wish to complete this course.
I will look forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely,
Smita Kadam
