You have been selected for a training course on computer skills that you cannot attend. Write a letter to your employer and say:
Explain how this training course would help you
Why won’t you be able to attend it
Suggest a way to have that training again
Dear Sir,
My name is Harpreet, and i have been selected for the official computer training course, which is going to start from the next week. I am writing this to inform you that due to some unavoidable circumstances, it would not be possible for me join this training.
While learning computer for me is extremely important for me at this moment, as i will require to perform my daily tasks on computer at the office from coming few months, which have become mandatory for everyone else in the office. If i do not know how to operate this machine, it will put my career in to jeopardy. However, my mother is not well since few days, and i have take leave for 15 days so i can take-care for her.
Further, i want to understand if there is any way i can pursue this training next month?. It would be a big relief if this is possible. You can write me back or email me on my official mail ID.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely.
