Dear sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention to my concern about a recently lost watch during my air travel last week. Subsequently, request you provide me the required information to substitute my loss.
To furnish you with details, I am Ms.Sandra, a banker, holding an insurance policy with your Gateway insurance for five years. On the 24 of July, while traveling from Singapore to Malaysia, I was carrying a small piece of luggage which, included personal belongings. However, the suitcase is missing upon arrival, which was reported to the baggage help desk immediately.
I am severely disappointed about the lost luggage as it has my Rolex watch, which my husband gifted me on the occasion of our marriage anniversary. The handpiece was embedded with semi-precious stones and is the latest edition launched by Rolex. The same was intimated to the customer service of Singapore airlines. Besides, attaching the lost luggage report form for your reference.
I would be grateful if you can encash me with a claim for my lost property. Your support in filling the necessary documents to avail of my travel insurance would be anticipated.
Seeking a positive response,
Yours sincerely,
Ms.Sandra.
