The diagram shows the process of producing bricks for the building industry.
Overall, there are seven main steps in this process, beginning with excavating clay and ending with the shipping of the bricks to the customers.
In the first stage of the process, clay is dug out of the ground by a large digger. After that, this clay is filtered through a mental grid to choose small spices, which is transported to a big roller. Next, sand and water are mixed with the clay. After the mixture is either cut by using a wire cutter or placed onto a mound to make the shape of the bricks, they are put into a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours.
In the next stage of the process, the dried bricks are kept in a special kiln at a moderate temperature (200C-980C). Following this, they continue to be heated in the second kiln at a higher temperature (870c-1300c). Then, the bricks are cooled in a cooling chamber for about 48 to 72 hours before being packaged at the six steps. The delivery process to the customer is the final step in making bricks.
