Its been immense pleasure to pursue a cookery course at your school. The whole experience has
been wonderful and the best part being the way your chefs makes learning so simple, even for those
who hardly know how to cook.
With this course, I have attained culinary skills to deal with my basic requirement, from cooking
breakfast and two-time meals. I have been cooking mainly vegetarian food and have tried my hand
at Dal Makhani, Dum aloo and Shahi Paneer, which literally surprised my parents, who visited for
dinner last weekend.
Now as I have skilled main course cooking, would like you to start a course around desserts, as cakes
and ice creams have nowadays become so popular, that everyone loves them. And, as I have
become self-reliant in main course cooking, would like to complete the all aspects related to cooking
and that is possible only with desserts making.
