Dear Mr. Jackson,
I am writing to request to keep the library open unitl the late night during the next month.
I am a post graduate student and I am living in the off-campus accommodation. My course was started in the late January of this year which is a major in Computer Science. As this course is researched based, I need to use the library often to read the term papers from the archive available in it.
During the last semester, there were no problem in the timings as most of the curriculum was lab based which does not require to use the resources from the library. However, now I need to use the computer in the evening because my classes runs all day. The major exams will be commenced in the next month.
I would really appreciate if you could allow the library to open until midnight in the upcoming month. It will be helpful for all the students who will be appearing for their exams.
I hope you will consider this request and take suitable action at the earliest.
Yours sincerely, Apoorva Chikara
