The given line graph compares the number of enquires received by the Tourist Information Office by different means like by letter or email, by telephone, and in-person in a particular city from January to June in 2011.
It is noticeable that over the given period people like to visit the office in person to resolve their queries rather than by phoning or sending an email.
Although just over 400 people had reached the office to enquire about some information, eventually it had significantly increased in the following months and saw a rapid rise between April and June. In June it had recorded the highest ever inquiries with approximately 1900 enquires made by people in person.
The second most preferred way that was chosen by people to solve their queries was by telephone. In January, around 900 people had followed this medium to communicate with the office. In March and April the number of enquires remained the same, however, after April it rose swiftly. In contrast, the had seen a considerable decline in the last three months of the first half of 2011.
