Dear Mr Smith,
I am Mr Shreyas Parab, recently moved into your neighbourhood apartment. I work as a Technical Sales Engineer at Pilot Gaskets and Engineers at Andheri. We are a family of four: father, mother and my younger sister. We have kept a small family celebration on Friday, 25th September.
As a part of Hindu tradition, the house warming will start with the Ganesh Pujan by seeking holy blessings from the devotee and followed by the lunch. In the evening our friends and relatives will be visiting the house, we have also arranged for dinner for all the guest. We will be playing holy chants in the day time and then followed by music on the home theatre which might be disturbing to your family. We will make sure that volume is not loud enough to bother you at all.
We would also be glad to invite you to the celebration, it will be very exciting to get to know each other much better and to get introduce with my family members.
Hoping to see you on Friday with your family.
Yours faithfully,
Shreyas Parab
