You have just spent a week with a friend on holiday. When you got home, you realized you had left your wallet there.
Write a letter to your friend In your letter:
Thank your friend for the holiday
Explain that you left your wallet in their house
Give them instructions on how to send it back to you.
Dear Jane,
Hope you’re doing good.
I had a wonderful time at your place in Goa. Thank you very much for inviting me over for a week of fun just like old times. I need a favor from you though.
I just found out after I returned home that I misplaced my wallet in your house. I’m pretty sure it should be there in the side table next to the bed in my room. I need it back urgently as it contains my Driving License without which I’ll not be able to drive around town.
Would you find the wallet and send it to me at my address at the earliest? Go ahead and avail the express courier service. I’ll cover the expenses you incur for sending the wallet back to me.
Please do send me the pics from our trip to the beaches and casinos in Goa.
Hoping to hear from you soon,
Jarin.
