The plans below depict the design of University's Sport Centre in the present and the future. Overall, it is noticeable that after reconstruction, there will be construction of new facilities, expansion of main building and enlargement of some old facilities.
Currently, the main building is surrounded by two Outdoor courts on the west and east side. Looking at the inside of building, it can be seen that 25m Pool is located in the middle of the building. Furthermore, other facilities such as Changing room, Gym, Seating and Reception are surrounding the 25m Pool in the West, North, East, and South side, respectively.
In the future, there are several changes which include the demolition of two Outdoor Courts, installment of new facilities, and expansion of old facilities. Firstly, two Outdoor Courts will be demolished in order to expand the main building. Secondly, new facilities will include Leisure Pool, new Changing Room, and Sports shop on the West side, two Dance studios, Sports hall, Cafe and another Changing Room on the East side. Lastly, the old facilities which experience enlargement are Gym and Reception.
