Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in connection with an online purchase that I had made from your company's website last week. I had booked a study table and chair in reference to your September catalogue in the shade dark brown. Unfortunately, the order that I received is not as comfortable as I had expected and therefore, is affecting my work from home.
As per your website, the equipment that I purchased was mentioned as a regular-sized table-chair set, however, what I received was quite smaller than what I had expected. Despite that, I tried to work with it but was unable to manage my work in the limited space. Initially, I thought that maybe if I use it regularly, it would get comfortable, but later I realised that I was wasting a lot of time trying to adjust myself with it.
I would request you to kindly exchange the table-chair set with a bigger size, else, a refund would be preferred.
I will look forward to hear from you.
Yours sincerely,
Kriti Mehra
