In detail, it is noticeable that most women who constantly trained were those at the age 45 to 54, at 53.3%. This category was then followed by men aged 55 to 64 and 35 to 44, who had similar percentages, at 53% and 52.5%, respectively. Next, 48.9% of females aged 25 to 34 regularly exercised. It was then followed with men aged 15 to 24 where 47.7% of them regularly did physical activity. Lastly, women aged 65 and over became the least active, where only 47.1% did regular exercise.
Meanwhile, 52.8% males aged 15 to 24 exercised regularly. This became the most category for men who did regular physical activity. The number was then followed by men in 65 and over age group, where 46.7% of them consistently exercised. After that, 45.1% of 55 to 64 years old men constantly did physical activity. Next, men aged 45 to 54 and 25 to 34 who exercised regularly were 43.1% and 42.2%, respectively. Then, males aged 35 to 44 were the least to did constant physical activity, where it was only 39.5% of them.
