A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
give contact details for when you are away
give instructions about how to care for your pet
describe other household duties
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear .....................,
Dear Swapnil,
Thanks for agreeing to look after my house and my dog Bruno, as I am visiting my parents in India for ten days. While I am in India, you can contact me on my another number, that is 9932165487 if you come across any difficulties. Additionally, I am also leaving emergency contacts like neighbours, doctor, and freinds if in case I wont be available on phone when needed.
Bruno is the well-trained dog. In the morning you need to take him for walk; strolling in the garden will also do if you are not an early morning person. By 8.00 am, pour him a small bottle of milk kept in the refridgerator, alongwith with the dog food which is kept next to his small house. Before leaving for office, do not forget to tie him or else he will create a mess in the house. After coming from work, take him our for latrine alongwith laterine collector bag, otherwise he will do it in the backyard at night, which would be difficult to clean it.
Also do not forget to water the plants kept in the balcony every morning and turn off the water tap before going to bed. Neighbours are quite helpfull and will assist you if anythig required.
See you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Shreyas Parab
