You have a full-time job and you are also doing a part-time evening course.
You now find that you cannot continue the course.
Write a letter to your teachers. In your letter
describe the situation
explain why you cannot continue at this time
say what action you would like to take
Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I cannot continue my part-time course of supply chain management. I am finding hard to devote time to my studies, as I have to juggle with lot of responsibilities, and have to maintain a balance with my personal and professional life.
I am working as a supervisor at TJX warehouse in Brampton. After my 8 hours of shift, I have to take care of my family and kids. I am getting depressed because of this daily grind. Preparing food for family, helping kids in their homework, and then allocating some time to my study and making assignments is kind of a colossal challenge for me.
I will be shifting my job from full time to part time in the month of December. Till that time its hard for me to continue this course. If its possible for you to give me a drop for these 2 months and allow me to continue my course in January.
It will be a great help for me, as I want to get expertise in supply chain and start my career in same field. I will be waiting for your positive response.
Yours Sincerely
Karamdeep kaur
