The diagram illustrates how the bricks are produced before using to build infrastructures. Overall, there are seven steps for the whole process, beginning with digging up clay, following by a shaped-making process, culminating in delivering to consuming places.
First of all, the clay, which makes bricks, is dug up from the ground by a large digging machine. Next, clay is cut into smaller pieces by a metal grid, then water and sand are added to make a mixture. After that, a mixture is poured into a mould or is cut by a wire cutter in order to form a brick's shape.
The following steps are the drying process. After 24-48 hours of being placed in a drying oven, the bricks are put into a kiln, which can raise the temperature from 200 Celcius degree up to 1300 Celcius degree, then those are cooled in a cooling chamber during 2-3 days before packaging and delivering to works.
