Lastly, women aged 15 to 24 and 65 and over became the least age groups who exercised regularly, at 47.7% and 47.1%, respectively.
Meanwhile, male who exercised regularly the most were those aged 15 to 24, at 52.8%. Then, the next age group who exercised regularly were those aged 65 and over, at 46.7%.
