overall, The graph showed a downward trend in the three countries New York, Tokyo, and London in the years 1990 and 1995, while from 1996 to 2002 there was an upward trend in the average house value of New York, Spain, and London. however, there was a minor change in Frankfort and both years showed a rise in the cost of the average change in the house.
It is cleared from the graph that in the year 1990 to 1995 the average house cost in the New York fallen drastically to -5% as well as Tokyo was dipped about to -7% compared to 1989 prices. In addition, Madrid and Germany were gone up to approximately 2% and 3% respectively compared to the year 1989 percentage change.
on the other hand, in the year 1996 to 2002, the average house cost in New York rose to 5%. However, there was a dramatic increase in the cost of an average house in London and it was recorded about 12%compared to the year 1989, while in the same years Tokyo fell drastically to -5%. In contrast, Madrid also climbed about to 4% as well as Germany to approximately 3% as compared to the year 1989 percentage change.
