Overall, the most number of complaints are received on the heath services and the education and training sectors in all the 5 cities. Belfast has the highest percentage of problems regarding the health services, whereas cities like Glasgow and London face the highest percentage of problems on the education and training. However, air pollution is the least concern in all the cities compared to the other two issues.
Belfast has the highest percentage of reported cases regarding the health services (nearly 60%) followed by Cardiff and Birmingham with over 55% and 50% respectively. In terms of the problems reported in the field of education and training, around 55 percentage of population in Glasgow and London suffers this issue and at the same time, Manchester has the least percentage of reported.
It is evident from the graph that less than 20% of the population in all the 5 cities are bothered about the air pollution. Only 5% of the residents in Newcastle had complaints on the air pollution which is roughly one-third of the population who reported the same issue in Manchester.
