I am writing this letter to tell my experience with your hotel and its services as I sojourn in OBIS hotel for a couple of days.
I went to Bangalore for holiday and stayed in your accomodation for seven days that was from 17th to 24th December. I chose the deluxe suite and also opted for your cab service because I preferred to explore the city by a car.
I would certainly appreciate the all time assistance provided by the staff because of whom, I could visit the historical museums and taste some delectable local cuisines. Moreover, the taxi driver was polite and an English speaker, who helped me confabulating with people. However, one thing I disliked the most was the food of your hotel as it was terrible in taste, and even one day it was contaminated.
Consequently, I would strongly suggest to improve the quality of your dishes and impose strict steps in the measurement of vegetables' validities. Overall, it was a terrific time spent in your premises except the food.
