You are having a graduation party next Sunday evening. You have invited over 25 people to celebrate in your garden, which may continue late into the night.
Write a letter to the Chairman of the Housing Society. In your letter:
• Explain what will be happening
• Offer your apologies in advance
• Invite him to join the celebration
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to apprise you about an event held next Sunday evening in my small park on the occassion of my gradudation completion.
Since I have sucessfully finished my college, I am organizing a social gathering where more than 25 individuals including my friends and relatives would be invited. Attendees would have drinks and some delectable food from the nearest restaurant. Moreover, loud music would be played for people to dance and relish the party till late night.
Therefore, I wished to inform you prior to the event that it might get late for the event to end; thus, I request you to open the society gate as I would be reaching home after 1 am. I am extremely sorry for the trouble as I know it is arduous to keep the entrance unlocked till late night.
Furthermore, I would be more than ecstatic to see you in the party to celebrate my accomplishment. The event would commence around six in the evening in my garden next Sunday.
I look forward to seeing you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Chirag Bhardwaj
