A telephone company made a mistake about sending your bill to the wrong address.
• Write a letter to the account manager to complain and explain
• what problem this caused
• what do you would like them to do
Dear Sir,
I am Shreyas Parab, the resident of Indralok, Bhayander. I am writing this letter to draw your immediate attention to update my wrongly mentioned address in your database. As a result, I have not received the bill's, and payments have got delayed from my end.
On 2nd January, I received a call from your company to pay the bill along with penalised charges. Since I have not received any bills pertaining to the number the use, I was not aware of any due need to be clear. After all, I do not agree that it is my fault, that address updated in your system has an error. I should not be penalised for late due's.
I would like to request you to send the revised bill, removing all the penalty charges, on my address: 203, Shiv Dhara, Miraroad - 123345. The copy of address-proof is also attached to the letter. On receipt of the bill, I will clear all my dues.
I look forward to a keen action on this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Shreyas Parab
