Say what you would like the bank to do to fix the problem,
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint about recently issued statement by your bank against my credit card. I have been loyal customer of ICICI bank for ten years and I am holding Gold membership of credit card. I did not face any discrepancy, however, I was so surprised to notice some unwanted transaction in the credit card statement.
Allow me to elaborate, Firstly, I would like to grab your attention on the purchase of Samsung mobile phone worth rupees 25,000-/ through the online shopping website. Secondly, next transaction I found doubtful regarding the money spent on buying the grocery items on the Reliance retail shop in another city. Last but not the least, also noticed two transaction stating paying the electricity bills. I can assure you that I did not make any aforementioned transaction using my credit card. Moreover, during this statement period I was in the Dubai on business trip and I was away from the home country.
Furthermore, I would like you to make the initial investigation in this regard and do the needful on the urgent basis. I would really appreciate it if you could arrange a new credit card to avoid any further confusion.
I hope your bank will take the necessary actions to solve my problem I explained in this letter
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Deepak Sharma
