The diagram demonstrates the production of making beer. Overall, the process includes several steps, starting with malted barley milled and ending with beer products delivered to consumption.
First of all, malted barley is poured into a milling machine, which will then be mashed with water. After that, the mixture is moved into a lautering stage in which the spent grain is used for animal feed while the remaining liquid continues the next process. Before being transferred into a whirlpooling machine, the liquid is boiled with sugar and hops. In order to move to the last few stages, the combination needs to be cooled down.
After cooling, the fluid is added with yeast into a container so as to create fermentation. At this step, more yeast and CO2 are manufactured. Next, the beer is converted into a maturing machine, which prepares the product to be ready for the filtering step. Finally, beer is put into package whom the truck delivers for sale.
