Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about the serious delay created at the Toronto train center by the local train last week on january 2nd.I was travelling to Halton region for an interview in the down town, but at Tronto station the railway staff went on strike and cause a long delay to next departurre. There was a small dispute between the staff and management, which took more than 2 hours to resolved.
This unexpected halt costs me my job. Due to late arrival, the job was awared to someone else who not even qualified as me. It ruined my career and future,because I passed the whole interview process and it was the last step of face to face meeting.
I am extremely disappointed and want to you to take immediate action to avoid such troubles in future or else I have to communicate to the city council.
