You are going on a short course to a training college abroad. It is a college that you have not been to before.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer. In your letter,
• give details of your course and your arrival/departure date
• explain your accommodation needs
• ask for information about getting to and from the college
Dear Sir,
I am Mr Shreyas Parab, from India. I have applied for Data Analysis Courses at Toronto university. As per my admit card received, the course commences on 10th May and will end by December. I am arriving on 5th May and will be leaving back by the end of December, as per completion.
From May till December, that is for eight months, I need an accommodation within the university premises. I am looking for single sharing or no sharing rooms, apart from that, the internet connection without any interruptions. I would prefer staying away from the noisy place, as it would distract my studies and sleep schedules. If the accommodation inside university premises is not available by any chance, I request to provide a recommendation of favourable places to stay outside the university.
I will disembark at Toronto International Airport at 8.00 pm, needed some information about the travel arrangements to college. Since it would be night until I reach the university, and as I would not be having activated cellular network, what documents would I need to carry to clear the university security without any problems? If any help is needed, how can I get the assistance?
I am looking forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,
Shreyas Parab
