You recently used a taxi and left some important documents there. Write a letter to the taxi manager and say:
– Describe what you left and where it happened.
– Why are these papers important?
– What would you like the manager to do about it?
Dear sir,
I am writing to draw your attention to the belongings I left in one of your cab "The victoria lanes" yesterday 2/02/2021 and I need your help to know about their whereabouts immediately and send it to my address given below.
I had travelled from Manchester to East london via your taxi service. I embarked my journey from Manchester station to Walthamstow in a black coloured Prius number plate is XS20147. I had held a suitcase and a hand bag with a driver named Khursheed. When I left the cab at Walthamstow station I have realized my hand bag was missing. I tried to call the driver, but unfortunately he didn't respond.
On my way to the hotel, I have received a phone call and the driver has told me that he has found a handbag mentioned with my demographics on the documents inside. Those files are high-profile documents because they are my official project documents. they contain the patient data used in research and confidential too. Now you can realize how impactful they are for me?
As the driver has found them I just need you to send me on my address so that I can resume my research work. I am looking forward to hearing from you. if you need my help please call me back on a given number and I would happily pay its delivery charges. I would highly appreciate your efforts if you could send my handbag with my belongings as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
XYZ.
