The chart below shows the percentage of industry sectors contribution to the economy of India and Turkey in 2000.
The two pie charts depict the proportion of contribution by industrial sectors towards the Indian and Turkish economy in 2000.
Overall, it can be manifested that, in India construction contribute the least to the economy and agriculture was the most significant sector. Whereas, in Turkey finance , business and other sector contribute the lowest amount in economy where health care and education contribute highest amount of economy.
Firstly, in India agriculture sector contribute 24% of them towards the Indian economy in 2000 which was the highest while, construction contribute medley 3% to the India's economy. Also the government sector contribute the half amount of the agriculture sector in to the Indian economy. Whereas, healthcare and education sector and leisure and hospitality sector share the same (17%) to the country's economy. In addition to this, manufacturing sector gives 8% and finance,business and other sector contribute 3% less of it to the economy. Trade, utilities and transportation sector share 14% of them to the economy.
Secondly, agriculture and leisure and hospitality sector shares the same amount (14%)of the money to the Turkey's economy. While, construction contribute 10% and 1% less than of it was shared by government to the economy. Finance business and other sector contribute 8 % to the economy where double amount of it was shared by trade,utiltes and transportation. However, healthcare and education sector contribute 17% of money to the Turkish economy where 14% amount was contributed by leisure and hospitality department. Share of manufacturing department and trade utilities and transportation department was 12% for the former one and 16% for the later one.
