I am one of sales manager at Jason branch. I am writing to inform you our colorful printer does not work anymore.

Hello sir,
I am Kavita Rajput, floor incharge from retail department, Rajouri Garden store. I am writing this letter to inform you that payment kiosk number 2 is not working from last 1 week so merely one kiosk is working.
This is month closing time and any how I have to met my store sales target, moreover, external audit also can happen any time, but due to kiosk 1,I have to take all the cash payments inside the store at commercial counter, owing to customer wait time is going up, and customer escalations are also increasing at store. I am managing the store with less men-power as my two agents are on sick leaves, therefore agents are not getting time for up-selling.
I have raised this issue to IT team and did call log twice but they are unable to take system on remote. Please arrange a technician to resolve this issue as sales of my store is hampering a lot.
