The diagram shows how chocolate is produced. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant
The picture illustrates the procedure of making chocolate. Overall, there are 10 stages beginning with cocoa trees are grown and ending up with chocolate liquid is produced.
In the first step, the farmer collects the ripe red pods from the cacao trees which are grown in South America, Africa, and Indonesia. After being chopped, the pods let the white cacao beans appear. Then the farmer harvests and covers those beans with banana leaves in order to let the beans suffer from the fermentation. After fermenting, those beans turn to red color and be spread under the sun light until dried. And then they are put in large sacks.
Subsequently, train or lorry will transport a number of large sacks filled with dried beans to the factory. In the factory, those beans are roasted by the heat systems. The next step is that the roasted beans are crushed and be divided into 2 parts: inner part and outer part. Finally, the inner part of beans is kept and put in a machine with the pressing function. Thanks to that machine, the beans finally produce liquid chocolate.
