Dear Sir/Mam
I am writing this letter to you with regards to the computer system issue that I found last week when I was using it for keeping the record of all employee's attendance.
On December 21, when you gave me the responsibility to maintain the records of all staff members in the office computer, I suffered a lot due to the flashing display. I tried to fix the problem by shutting down the computer or by restarting but all in vain. And finally, I found the continuous sparkling from the backside wire. I thought that there is a problem with the main electrical supply so I plugged out the laptop.
My work was significantly impacted by the computer system issue. Because when it flashes, all the data saved by me disappeared. I was unable to find the saved data even in the recycle bin. For a long time, I typed the names and attendance of the employees again and again but it goes to deleted every time. In this way, I wasted my precious time.
I would like to suggest that you have to invite an experienced engineer who can investigate the issue and fix it as soon as possible so that I can complete my task.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully
John Smith
