Dear Mr. Smith,
I am glad to inform you, that I am content with your house no-13 Everest apartment, where I have recently located to. However, there are some reformation is required to be done.
With regards to the apartment, it’s beautiful as it has conservatory, the favorite part of the house. Also, the backyard is well equipped with vegetables and fruits. Moreover, the garden has ample space to decorate with different flowers. Besides, the balcony gives the cozy look as I can have my coffee and read book in peaceful environment.
Let me brief you about the reconstruction required in the living area as the wall meant for placing television has some cracks that can lead to water seepage and the knob of the kitchen door is not in place and can break anytime. On top of it, the fire alarm is not working efficiently and has to be addresses at earliest.
All the improvement that’s necessary will make the house look clean and clear. Once the knob gets in place we will avoid using hands directly on door that in turn will keep the door dry and tidy. Moreover, I will be saved from high fine once alarm gets rectified.
I really look forward to your cooperation in this.
Yours sincerely
Urvashi
