You are currently taking an evening course at a local community college. However, you are not happy with the course. Write a letter to the manager of the college. In your letter
• say which course you are taking
• explain what the problem is with the course
• suggest what the manager should do to improve the course
Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to express my concern on one of the microsoft excel course that I am undertaking from your renowned college named St. Peter’s. I must say that I am not happy with the course. Let me explain you further.
With regards to the course, it’s an advanced MS Excel course that really help professionals to have hands on distinct reports that are required to be made once you get the job. Also, it helps pass out to get placements easily.
However, the issue with the current module is that the knowledge is theoretical. I am not getting any practical information so that I get trained on different parameters. Moreover, teachers are not providing even dummy projects to work on.
I would really like to suggest that dissimilar projects should be assigned to a group of students so that they work on what they have learnt. In this way they will be able to utilize their skills effectively.
Hopefully, you will pay immediate attention to it.
Yours sincerely
Urvashi
