The way to show people's practical sagacity in complicated modern life has become the topic of great controversy in recent years. There is a considerable body of opinion that young people need to have the ability to plan and organize nowadays. This paper will elucidate the reasons why I am in favor of this opinion.
On one hand, career success and work efficiency are what I consider crucial factors. It is noteworthy that having the skill to plan and organize is synonymous with taking a precautionary measure warding off failures. Thanks to this, they are likely to gain more sense of reassurance. Accordingly, they are capable of focusing on working for greater corporate responsibility. With this in mind, they stand a golden chance to undertake work with higher efficiency and accuracy. Eventually, this probably gives rise to career success. More notably, while people are strengthening the ability to plan and organize, practicing frugality in the expenditure of time is inevitable. In the event of this, there is a likelihood for them to get rid of a stumbling block to the progress of their work. On the ground of that, it is also conceivable to ramp up the production capacity. During this process, they are apt to ameliorate the quality of task completion, interactions, and deliverables. Under those circumstances, it makes it feasible for them to work more effectively. Given these points, having an ability to plan and organize greatly contributes to work efficiency.
On the other hand, some people express a different view that strengthening the skill to plan and organize is just meaningless procrastination to their work progress. As a consequence, it creates a huge burden on career success and works efficiency. Although that might be true, it is just applicable to a minority. People have already well thought about the plan. Incidentally, there is the apparent purposefulness of their method. Therefore, it is unlikely that investing time for improving the aforementioned ability prevents their intention to succeed. Another point often overlooked is that even if procrastination does exist, it should be considered as the chance for them to reflect on themselves and evaluate their work against a set of criteria. By the same token, they have an incentive to understand their emotions, strengths, weaknesses, goals, and recognize their impact on others. They are given the opportunity to enhance their potential in all other aspects of life, which creates a significant impact on the current state of affairs. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, they have a propensity to enhance their motivation and inspiration in daily life. Thus, indeed, empowers them to achieve satisfactory results in career. By and large, people should put off the idea that the ability to plan and organize is unnecessary for adolescents.
In summary, career success and work efficiency are the convincing reasons for my approval. I hope that people take this writing into great consideration to gather diverse perspectives on the issue regarding the way to show people's practical sagacity in complicated modern life.
