The bar graph elucidates which age group spend the highest money on different things food and drinks restaurant and hotel and entertainment in the year 2004 in the UK.
Overall, it can be manifested that the highest proportion of spent money on food and drink and entertainment. However senior citizens did not interested ate food at restaurants and hotels in the UK in the year 2004.
To begin with, the highest proportion of spent money on food and drink in the all age groups, except for under 30 it was 6 percent only. But 61-75 and over 76 age groups spent the highest money on food and drinks. which was 20 and 23percent respectively. The 31-41 and 46- 60 age groups spent which was 13 percent for the former one, and it 17percent for the latter one.
Moreover, the under the 30s mostly spent money on restaurant and Hotel it was 14 percent .whereas, the least 61-75 and over the 76 age groups spent on 2 and 7 percent respectively. The age groups 31-45 and 46 to 60 spent on 14percent similarly it can be observed. In contrast, the age group 61-75 spent the highest money on entertainment. which was 24percent also under the 30s and 45 age groups spent approximately 6 percent. But the age groups 46-60 and over the 76 spent money similarly it was 14 percent in the year 2004.
