Overall, UK spent more money on consumer goods than France in the given period. Both the British and French used their more money for cars, while the least amount of money was spent on perfume in the UK compared to cameras in France. Moreover, the clear difference in expenditure between both countries was on cameras.
Considering the money spent on cars, as compared to France($400000), UK spent a little more amount which was $450000. Similarly, the British expenditure on books was higher than the French(around $400000 and $300000). In the UK, expenditure on cameras (above $350000) had almost doubled as compared to France that was only $150000.
On the other hand, the trend of money spend on remaining both items was reversed in between both countries. more than $350000 was spent on computers by the French, which was quite more than the British who spent exactly $350000. The lowest amount of money was gone to the perfume which was $200000 and less than $150000 by Frace and UK.
