The pie chart compares five types of customer service feedback given by Parkway Hotel's visitors between 2005 and 2010
Overall, it is apparent that the service of this hotel was greatly improved since it received much more positivity from customers throughout the period. Moreover, while satisfactory was the most common feedback in 2005, it was overtaken by the good opinion in the final year
In 2005, there were only 5% of visitors highly impressed by the hotel's service when evaluating it as excellent, meanwhile, 14% of them considered it as good. However, by 2010, these percentages had significantly surged to 28% and 39% respectively, together accounted the largest part of the chart
Although the feedback of customers satisfied with the customer service of Parkway hotel made up roughly half of the total figures in the begining year, it was witnessed with a dramatic plummet by more than a half to 17%. Finally, there was a same downward trend in the proportion of poor and very poor feedback when both of them declined approximately by 10%
