The pie charts illustrates the three different kinds of nutrients such as Salt, Fatty Acid, and Added Sugar, which is consumed in a particular foods; Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks. If consumed abundant in quantity it can be injurious to the healthy lifestyle of individuals.
Overall, Intake of Salt and Fatty Acid is more in Dinner and Lunch. Whereas, least amount is consumed in Breakfast and Snacks. In the third chart, consumption of sugar is more in snacks as compared to other meals.
In first Chart, Salt is consumed more in Dinner and Lunch comprised of 43% and 29% respectively. Whereas, less use of this nutrient were in Breakfast and Snacks overall it was 28%; for each of them 14% respectively. In Second Chart, consumption of fats was more than 1/3 (37%) in Dinner. Likewise, for Breakfast intake was around 1/6 (16%). For both lunch and snacks absorption of Salt was around 47%, each containing 26% and 21% respectively.
In Third Chart, snacks contains more amount of sugar as compared to other three meals it was 42%. Whereas, same amount of sugar uptake if for breakfast as compared to fats 16%. Finally, less than 1/5 of intake is found in lunch.
